  1. Where is Reserve Hall located? 

    Reserve Hall is located in the Mayfield Village Civic Center at the corner of Wilson Mills and S.O.M. Center Roads. The address is is 6622 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, OH 44143.

  2.  Is parking available? 

    There is ample free parking at the Mayfield Village Civic Center. The entrance to the parking lot is off of Wilson Mills Road.

  3. When can I enter on the night of the show?

    Theatre doors and the Reserve Hall box office open one hour prior to curtain.

  4.  Is Reserve Hall handicapped accessible?

    Yes. Special seating for persons with disabilities is available. Please let us know of your special requirements when ordering tickets.


  5. What is Reserve Hall's smoking policy?

    Reserve Hall, along with the Civic Center, is a smoke-free environment.

  6. Is reserved seating available?

    All shows are general admission.

  7. Can I volunteer to work an event at Reserve Hall?

    Volunteers are always welcome to work as greeters, ticket takers, or to help with concession sales. Contact Diane Wolgamuth for more information.
