The Village will drop-off and pick-up tables and chairs at your residence; a specific time of day cannot be assigned. The resident is permitted to rent 10 tables and 50 chairs at one time.
The resident must call the Service Department at 440.442.5506, at least two weeks in advance of the function, and specify the quantity needed and the date with the address and phone number. Tables and chairs are NOT permitted to be taken outside of the Village. Businesses located within the Village are not permitted to participate in this program.
You do not have to be home when the tables and chairs are left at your residence. They are plastic and metal and can be left outside. They will be left in the front of the house in an area that appears to be the least intrusive. The Village will not set-up the tables and chairs nor will we bring them to the back yard or in the house.
The tables and chairs must be cleaned after your use and before we pick them up.
