OPEN PORTION:

Chairman Syracuse called the meeting to order. This is a regular meeting of the Mayfield Village Planning & Zoning Commission, Mon March 5th, 2018. The only proposal tonight is Beecher’s Brook Streambank Stabilization Project, 708 SOM Ctr Rd. Is there anyone here who has anything they’d like to add to what was presented to us at the workshop meeting last month?

Rachel Webb, Senior Watershed Team Leader, NEORSD introduced herself. I don’t have much to add other than based on the vote from Council, we’re in the process of removing the trail from the overall project. That is underway. We’re working on right-of-entries with the property owners. Per our schedule, we’d like to have tree removal before April 1st which is our deadline, if we don’t meet that, we’ll wait until July. This is one step moving in that direction on this process. With that, I don’t have anything else to add.

Chairman Syracuse noted, the proposal that’s in front of us today, the bike path is not part of the project for approval. We’re just looking at the stabilization project work for the streambank.

Chairman Syracuse asked, does anyone have any questions, concerns or comments?

There were none.
