Mayfield Village Suspending All Non-Essential Meetings and Programs for 30 Days
Mayfield Village, OH – In support of Governor Mike DeWine’s efforts to minimize the impact of COVID-19 in the State of Ohio, and being mindful of the guidance of public health officials to avoid gatherings, Mayfield Village is suspending all non-essential meetings and programming for the next thirty (30) days, through April 12, 2020.
Primary Election Voting will go forward at the Civic Center as scheduled on Tuesday, March 17.
The Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation (MCIC) meeting and the Council meeting scheduled for Monday, March 16, at 7 p.m. will go forward as planned, but the following public meetings are cancelled:
- 3/16 – Records Commission
- 3/17 – Board of Appeals
- 3/18 – Parks & Recreation Board
- 3/19 – Planning & Zoning Commission
- 3/23 – Citizens Advisory Committee
- 3/26 – Architectural Review Board
- 4/1 – Charter Review Commission
- 4/6 – Council Caucus
- 4/9 – Architectural Review Board
The Easter Party currently scheduled for Saturday, April 4 has been moved to Saturday, April 11 and may be cancelled, if necessary, as the date approaches.
All Recreational and Senior programs are cancelled during this 30-day period. The Community Room will remain open for private rentals. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations during this 30-day period.
