  1. Siding & Stone Alteration
    Ron DiNardo
    6728 Seneca Rd.

Chairman Parker called the meeting to order. We have one item on the agenda tonight. Everyone is familiar with Ron DiNardo, 6728 Seneca Rd. It looks like we’re looking at just siding and stone?

Mr. DiNardo replied, yes we’re replacing all the siding that’s existing with new siding which is Alside Coventry Charcoal Smoke. It’s a lot thicker than this sample I have, but this is the color. We’re also putting some stone in the front, 3’ wainscot, Bucks County Southern Ledgestone by Boral. What you have in front of you is a photo of the existing conditions and a rendering that my Wife did because I refused to do any drawings.

Chairman Parker asked about the trim.

Mr. DiNardo replied, that’s all Azek trim around the door. The garage door now is white, the new one will be changed to chi mahogany overhead door. Garage doors today come with really cool colors. The front door will match the garage door.

Mr. Miozzi asked, are you taking the stone pad down at one side of the porch?

Mr. DiNardo replied, it’s all around the whole front and will return probably 8 – 12 inches.

Chairman Parker said, you have a nice entry.

Mr. Miozzi asked about the steps.

Mr. DiNardo replied, we’re going to wait until it’s all done and then I have to reface that with something to match this. I’ll come back and see you guys.

Mrs. Wervey said, it looks nice.

Mr. Miozzi asked about the trim around the octagon.

Mr. DiNardo replied, all of it’s going to be that 4” trim, all white. Trust me, I’ve spent one year looking at manufacturers.

Mr. Miozzi asked, are those columns out in front?

Mr. DiNardo replied, they’re out about 3 inches, some detail, but still mounted to the house.

Chairman Parker asked, any further questions?

There were none.

Mr. Miozzi, seconded by Mrs. Wervey made a motion to approve the proposed Siding and Stone Alterations for Ron DiNardo at 6728 Seneca Rd. as proposed.
