PROPOSAL:

  1. Monument Sign (Revisions from 5/23 Mtg)
    The Village at Mayfield Apartments
    919 Aintree Park Drive
    RCP Management, LLC

OPEN PORTION:

Chairman Dinardo called the meeting to order. Tonight are the revisions from the May 23rd meeting which are the materials outstanding.

Ms. Heather Battaglia, The Village at Mayfield Suites Property Manager states I have the stone material and the manufacturer information. I have colors that have been picked out for the actual sign itself. I have a picture to show how it’s raised up and lit at night.

The caps are 150 – 200 pounds, so I didn’t bring them, they’re a sandstone, beige color.

Chairman notes one of the members (Carmen) was not present at the last meeting. A brief synopsis; that’s the sign that’s at the corner of SOM & Aintree Pk Dr. There’s a current sign there with a pond. They’re proposing to modify it with stone columns and a change in color of the actual sign itself. The actual sign itself is smaller. We went through the dimensions. It comes down to making sure the materials are what we discussed at the last meeting.

Mr. Miozzi asked if the sign is suspended or if there’s a base all the way across the bottom.

Heather Battaglia replied it’s suspended with landscaping underneath. There’s no void there.

Heather demonstrates the proposed sample materials & colors and notes the sign contractor:

STONE
Color is Mossy Creek
Manufacturer is Horizon Stone

SIGN
Color is Mexicalo Red (it’s a shade of burgundy)

COPY
Color is Brilliant Gold

CAPS (to the columns)
Sandstone

The Contractor is Gary Blevins from Summit Sign & Specialty, P.O. Box 507, Cuyahoga Falls 44222 @ Ph 330-322-4164.

Chairman Dinardo said Heather did what we asked her to do. Are there any questions on the materials?
