Public Hearing re: Memory Care Facility

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 8:00 p.m., during the Regular Meeting of Council, a public hearing will be held to discuss proposed legislation (Ordinance No. 2017-31)  affirming the grant of a use variance by the Board of Appeals for a memory care facility on North Commons Boulevard (P.P. No. 831-05-015).  Said meeting will be held at the Mayfield Village Civic Center in Civic Hall, located at 6622 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio   44143.  A copy of the proposed legislation can be found at, or by contacting the Clerk of Council at 440-461-0862.  Mayfield Village Civic Hall is accessible to everyone.  If you will need assistance or aid, please call before the meeting so that every accommodation can be made to facilitate public access and public participation.
